Ingredients

  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • Salt – 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric – ½ tbsp
  • Paneer/Tofu – 16 oz blocks – diced into small cubes
  • Red, Green, Yellow, Orange Bell Pepper – 1/2 each (or whichever is available) finely chopped
  • Red Onion – 1 large finely chopped
  • Tomato – 1 large finely chopped
  • Cilantro for garnish

Steps

  1. In a pan, add oil, let it heat. Add cumin seeds, turmeric, salt and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds
  2. Add onions and bell peppers. Cook until tender.
  3. Add tomato and wait for 2 minutes.
  4. Add small cubes of paneer/tofu and stir until all ingredients are mixed.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
