Scrambled Paneer/Tofu
Ingredients
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric – ½ tbsp
- Paneer/Tofu – 16 oz blocks – diced into small cubes
- Red, Green, Yellow, Orange Bell Pepper – 1/2 each (or whichever is available) finely chopped
- Red Onion – 1 large finely chopped
- Tomato – 1 large finely chopped
- Cilantro for garnish
Steps
- In a pan, add oil, let it heat. Add cumin seeds, turmeric, salt and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds
- Add onions and bell peppers. Cook until tender.
- Add tomato and wait for 2 minutes.
- Add small cubes of paneer/tofu and stir until all ingredients are mixed.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
