Ingredients
- 1 cup canola oil or olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup white rice vinegar
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup sweet pepper sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ cup chives, minced
Make it:
- Put the oil, garlic and ginger into a small pan or pot and heat over medium just until the garlic begins to sizzle. Remove from heat and let it cool a few minutes.
- In the meantime, whisk the rest of the ingredients together in a medium bowl, or put them into a large mason jar and shake well.
- Add the oil mixture, whisk or shake and taste for enough salt and vinegar.
Notes
This dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
