Ingredients: (Serves 4)

- 4 ½ cups milk of choice

- 4 tbsp cane sugar

- 5 tbsp custard powder

- Fruits for topping (diced)

o Mango

o Pomegranate

o Strawberry

o Blueberry

o Apple

o Banana

Steps

1. In a pot, heat 4 cups of milk and add sugar. Stir and let the sugar dissolve.

2. In a bowl, take 5 tbsp of custard powder and add ½ cup milk (room temperature). Mix the solution well to avoid lumps.

3. When the milk in the pot is hot (not boiling), reduce the heat to low and add 2 tbsp of custard milk. Mix immediately to avoid lumps.

4. Slowly add the remaining custard milk and stir continuously.

5. Regulate the heat to medium and let the milk boil.

6. Adjust the sweetness with sugar.

7. Once the milk is boiled, turn off the heat and let it sit to cool.

8. Refrigerate the milk overnight.

9. Serve chilled next day with the topping of your choice.
