Ingredients:

  • 6 bunches Collard Greens
  • 1 large Yellow Onion
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • ¼ Tsp. Black pepper
  • ¼ Tsp. Garlic powder
  • ¼ Tsp. Ginger powder
  • ¼ Tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 3 Tbs. Oil

Make it:

  1. Dice yellow onion and chop collard greens
  2. Use the food processor to further cut the collard greens
  3. Heat pot
  4. Add collard greens to the pot and let it cook
  5. Add yellow onion and oil, stir, and let it cook
  6. Add black pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt
  7. Taste test, and add as necessary
