Ethiopian Collard Greens
Ingredients:
- 6 bunches Collard Greens
- 1 large Yellow Onion
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- ¼ Tsp. Black pepper
- ¼ Tsp. Garlic powder
- ¼ Tsp. Ginger powder
- ¼ Tsp. Ground Cumin
- 3 Tbs. Oil
Make it:
- Dice yellow onion and chop collard greens
- Use the food processor to further cut the collard greens
- Heat pot
- Add collard greens to the pot and let it cook
- Add yellow onion and oil, stir, and let it cook
- Add black pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt
- Taste test, and add as necessary
