Ingredients:
- 3.5 cups Green lentils
- ½ large Yellow onion
- 4 Serrano pepper
- ¼ tsp. Ground Cumin
- ¼ tsp. Black pepper
- ¼ tsp. Ginger powder
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ⅓ cup oil
Make it:
- Boil green lentils
- Mince onion and add to a separate pot, let it cook.
- Add oil to onions
- Dice peppers, and to the onions.
- Add garlic powder, ginger powder, ground cumin, and salt to the onions.
- Strain the lentils, and then add them to the pot of onions.
- Stir thoroughly.
Notes: This will be stuffed into tortillas and then fried.
