Ingredients:

3 cups        Sparkling water
½ cup        Orange juice
½ cup        Unsweetened cranberry juice
¼ cup        Berry syrup (blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, Marion berry)
1         Lime cut into sections

Make it:

  1. Make a berry “syrup” putting 2 cups of fresh or frozen berries and ½ cup of sugar into a small pot. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring, and cook until all the sugar is dissolved and mixture is bubbling. Turn off the heat. Strain the syrup to remove the seeds. Keeps in the refrigerator for 1 month.
  2. Cut oranges in half and juice them.
  3. In a large pitcher, add the two juices and the syrup. Mix well.
  4. Add the sparkling water and lots of ice. Stir and serve!
  5. Divide mixture among 4 glasses and add 1 lime wedge to each.

Notes:

You can try a combination of different fruits to create your own juices!
