Summer Camp #3: July 17-July 21

Monday - Friday | Morning or Afternoon

Come and volunteer with 4th through 8th grade youth at our "Week in a Life of an Urban Farmer" week-long Summer Camp! You will lead a small group in exploring the life of urban farmers - learn about their daily routines of working with the soil and how they cook and eat what they grow. Activities include gardening, cooking, and art projects. Together we will harvest, prepare, and share our lunch every day while we explore the life of an urban farmer!

  • sign up for the morning shift or the afternoon shift or the whole day

*This volunteer position requires that you have attended a Green Plate Special Volunteer Training. The next volunteer training is scheduled Monday, June 6 from 1pm-5pm - to register please sign up on our website.
