Craig Pacheco joined the Green Plate Special board in May 2020, and he brings a bounty of experience from his day job as a corporate attorney advising agriculture, food and beverage businesses. Prior to joining the board, Craig served on the development board of the Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, and as an academic mentor with Sponsors for Educational Opportunity in New York, New York. As a second-generation Mexican-American, Craig has a special affinity for Latin food and culture, such as the holiday tradition of tamalada (tamale-making). In addition to sharing food and culture, Craig is interested in following sports and participating in outdoor activities.
