Green Plate Special would like to ask you to lend a little time, voice, or financial support to a mission that resonates with you on Giving Tuesday (November 27th). Giving Tuesday was started in 2012, and is now a global giving movement where people support the causes closest to their heart.

While we always appreciate your support, we want to make it clear that we’re not just asking you to show some love to GPS on Giving Tuesday. We would be thrilled to hear you are participating in this movement with any organization that serves the common good. And in any capacity! There are so many ways to contribute that have nothing to do with busting out your wallet. Be a part of the change by lending your voice online and sharing information about a mission dear to you, or participating in things like #MyGivingStory (https://mygivingstory.givingtuesday.org/). Look into volunteering opportunities, or ask your place of employment if they would be interested in getting involved. There are endless ways to give back.

Whatever and however you give, the world will be just a little bit better for it.
